This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will assist in compliance checks, conduct audits, and coach employees on safety measures. Your ability to engage with various stakeholders will be key, as you deliver training and manage incident investigations for continuous improvement in safety practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Support branches with HSE guidance and compliance
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments
• Manage and improve the company’s safety programs




• Deliver training and support Joint Health & Safety Committees
• Report on safety performance and trends

Requirements:
• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in various locations
• Knowledge of OHS legislation in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Class 5 driver’s license required
