A place where you can take your career in the direction you want to grow and go The Opportunity: The Dispatcher executes the daily plan of fuel deliveries to customers as well as providing customer service support on incoming customer lines. This position is also responsible to assist in the planning and forecasting of workloads based on the branch demands and growth and would be required to work an on-call schedule to ensure customer needs are being met. Responsibilities: Communicate directly with drivers (and brokers if applicable) for the purpose of managing current and upcoming delivery demand. Prepare delivery ticket selections within Infosys and manage day to day dispatching within AWE. Produce and review various reports. i.E.: performance reports, make necessary adjustments (K factors), run out report, follow-up with drivers, new and cancelled accounts report, outstanding tickets or special arrangement reports, truck reports. Review accounts put on STOP or cancelled accounts to ensure tickets deleted. Review and adjust customer
