Dollar Tree Canada is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all store operations including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management.
This role requires robust communication, safety mindset, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A secondary school completion and 3+ years in a retail leadership role are preferred.
