We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll lead and support a team responsible for preparing our suites to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, qualified, and takes pride in creating clean, comfortable environments for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure quality and efficiency

Create and distribute daily housekeeping schedules

Conduct regular suite inspections, identifying any missing inventory or maintenance issues

Perform cleaning duties as needed, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Change, launder, and replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities according to company standards

Notify operations manager of any damage and deficits and submit maintenance requests

Accurately complete inventory checklists and inspection paperwork

Assist with furnishing and setting up new suites as required

Available for on call duties on occasion

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Resourceful and solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Clear and effective communication skills; fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Physically capable of lifting items up to 40 lbs and transporting linens and supplies between suites

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping and/or laundry services

Must be bondable

Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed for work-related travel)

Availability: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
