Northview is seeking an experienced Plumber to enhance our Residential team in Iqaluit. Provide essential plumbing services to ensure tenant satisfaction and property maintenance integrity.

This position, reporting to the Facilities Manager, involves maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures, sewage systems, and mechanical systems in diverse residential properties. Your customer service skills and expertise in plumbing repairs will directly impact our community's living standards. This role may include emergency support and occasional travel to Nunavut areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues with a customer service focus
• Preventative maintenance on heating and water systems




• Execute necessary capital replacements for plumbing components
• Respond to emergency repair calls
• Document maintenance work and order materials as needed

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyman Plumber credentials
• Experience with heating systems and property renovations
• Robust troubleshooting abilities
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Must have a valid driver’s license without infractions
