Ecuhome Corporation seeks a Contract Maintenance Worker for its portfolio of properties in the old City of Toronto. The role focuses on property upkeep, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure Ecuhome standards and compliance with housing and safety regulations.
The position is a six-month contract, full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. A reliable vehicle and a minimum of two years in multi-unit residential maintenance are required.
