Southlake Health is recruiting an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to support the Aging Well Clinic. The clinician will provide comprehensive assessment, consultation and counseling for complex seniors in an interprofessional outpatient setting, collaborating with geriatricians and nurse practitioners.
Applicants must be registered in valuable standing with the Ontario OT/PT colleges, hold a Masters, and have 2+ years of geriatric experience.
