Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across 2–3 depots and a fleet of 300–450 vehicles. You’ll manage Operations Supervisors, ensure vehicles are ready and delivered on time, and drive KPI performance across the district.
This hands-on, field-based leadership role requires weekly depot visits, frequent travel, and a focus on staffing, budgeting, and process improvements. Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license are essential.
