Schneider Electric is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer for our Brossard, QC location in a fully remote capacity. This role involves creating custom electrical solutions and supporting projects through production and testing phases, making it perfect for passionate engineers.

As part of our engineering team, you’ll engage in multiple projects, focusing on electrical design, compliance to standards, and collaboration with project managers and manufacturing teams. You’ll develop schematics and ensure technical issues are addressed promptly, creating impactful solutions in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project requirements for compliance and standards
• Design electrical schematics and maintain project documentation




• Generate engineering solutions for power distribution
• Coordinate design efforts across various projects
• Provide troubleshooting support during assembly and testing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Proficient in creating electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experienced in CAD software; SEE Electrical preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
