Lead the Thrive™ Adult Day Program at Abilities Centre in Whitby, ON, unlocking potential for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full time role focuses on program delivery and participant assessment. As the Thrive™ Program Lead, you will implement day-to-day operations, focusing on participant engagement and skill development.

You will design stimulating activities that promote social interaction and well-being while collaborating with various teams to enhance the program's impact.

Your role is crucial in mentoring and supervising both staff and volunteers. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and address participant concerns
- Develop comprehensive activity programs based on needs




- Assess individual progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Manage and train volunteers and student placements
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all Requirements:
- Education in Social Services or related fields
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Current vulnerable sector check and First Aid certification
- Monday to Friday availability from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Drive positive change and support all participants in achieving their goals at the Thrive™ program.
