Drive design innovation at Timber-Tech Truss as a Design Manager, overseeing engineered wood products and truss systems. Cultivate a team-oriented environment while enhancing overall design accuracy. You will be responsible for managing design processes and ensuring they align with business goals, all while promoting a cooperative atmosphere.

Work closely alongside the General Manager to provide technical insight and facilitate innovation in design practices. Occasional travel to our Lethbridge location may occur. Key Responsibilities:
