Tiny Tee Golf delivers portable mini-golf experiences at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions.

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and outgoing Event Operations Associate to manage events from start to finish using a transparent step-by-step checklist.

The Role

As an Event Operations Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Picking up the designated rental vehicle.
- Loading the portable mini-golf course and event equipment from our storage facility.
- Driving to the event venue, unloading, and setting up the complete mini-golf experience.
- Ensuring the course is clean, organized, and ready before guests arrive.
- Remaining onsite to oversee the event, typically for 2–3 hours, and assisting guests as needed.
- Tearing down and reloading the equipment after the event.
- Returning all equipment to its designated location and returning the rental vehicle.
- Following the provided event checklist to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Schedule & Hours This is not a salaried or fixed-hours position. Work is part-time, casual, and scheduled based on Tiny Tee Golf's event bookings.

A typical shift is approximately 6 hours from start to finish, but shifts may be longer when travel is required.

Events outside the GTA, including destinations such as Muskoka,



may result in shifts of approximately 8–10 hours.

As Tiny Tee Golf receives more bookings, there will be more opportunities for shifts and additional earnings.

Compensation

$30.00 per hour

All working time is paid, including required:

- Vehicle pickup
- Loading
- Travel between required locations
- Setup
- Event operation
- Teardown
- Equipment return
- Vehicle return

Requirements The ideal candidate:
- Has a valid Ontario driver's licence.
- Is comfortable driving a rental van.
- Is physically capable of lifting, loading, unloading, and setting up event equipment.
- Is reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Can work independently and follow a detailed checklist.
- Is friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with event guests.
- Has availability for events, particularly on weekends.
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset, but not required.

About the Position This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work rather than a traditional weekly schedule. Events are booked throughout the year, and shifts are offered based on Tiny Tee Golf's event calendar.

You will be trusted to represent Tiny Tee Golf professionally and ensure that each event is set up, operated, and packed away smoothly from beginning to end.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 20.0 per week
