Job Title: Tradeshow Representative

Location: Main office : 34 Golden Gate Court Scarborough, ON M1P 4M8 . Events are across the GTA every week a different location.

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: Performance-based with daily earning potential of $250–$1,000+

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable team members to represent our top-selling wellness product at tradeshows. This is an exciting, fast-paced environment where people skills and high energy equal high earnings.

You'll be part of a supportive team where we train you on everything—from demo techniques to closing sales confidently.

Main Tasks:

- Approach and communicate with tradeshow attendees at our interactive trade show booth
- Conduct short, scripted product demos and close sales
- Maintain booth cleanliness, restock products, and assist teammates
- Work in a dynamic, high-traffic environment with full team support and a manager

What You Can Expect:

- Daily earning potential: $250–$1,000+, based on performance
- Incentive-based compensation (20–30% commission structure)

Ideal Candidate Has:

- A team-player mindset with strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Comfort in large crowds and working with diverse individuals
- The ability to stay energized in a fast-paced setting
- Handles rejection well and still prioritize good customer experience
- Punctual and on time during event days

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Available to start first week of October and engage in training prior start date
- Completion of required training and policy review prior to event
