Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients plan and book their dream vacations. This position requires a blend of sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills to create personalized travel experiences. You will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring that every detail of their travel arrangements is meticulously handled.

Duties

- Engage with clients to assess their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel services while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and hospitality offerings.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise before or during their travels.
- Foster robust relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.




- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and packages for clients.

Experience

- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus, providing insight into accommodations and guest services.
- A background in hospitality can enhance your ability to create memorable experiences for travelers.
