Alfred’s Restaurant Inc in Revelstoke seeks a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. You will work with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality across Mediterranean and Italian dishes.
You will lead and mentor a team of chefs, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory and ordering, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment. Wage is $25.89 per hour for 32–40 hours per week; full-time, permanent.
