GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is hiring a Mini Excavator Operator for a contract project east of Calgary, Alberta. This role entails full time day shifts with a focus on excavation and safety.

In this 4 to 6 week contract, you will utilize your mini excavator skills to carry out trenching and backfilling tasks. Working with a dedicated team, accuracy and adherence to ground safety procedures are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate mini excavator for trenching work
• Follow instructions from supervisors and markers
• Report hazards and maintenance issues without delay
• Maintain safe site conditions during excavation
• Take part in safety briefings and assessments daily

Requirements:
• 1 year minimum experience with mini excavators
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with reliable transport
• Knowledge of excavation safety standards
• Must commit to the entire schedule
• Have safety boots and personal protective equipment ready
