RequiredAs a claims technician, you help review claims and establish guidelines for the claims settlement process. You serve as technical expert and provide discipline‐specific support for the settlement of medium‐complexity claims and the development of technical skills. Adaptability is essential to this position. You draw on your sound decision‐making skills to help solve technically complex problems and prepare action plans based on claim reviews.
