We are currently looking for a Canadian resident to join our company as a Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO).

Our company is a Canadian-licensed financial company, and this is a genuine part time executive position.

? Part-time: Approximately up to 60 hours per month

? Location: Canada / Remote

?? Mandatory: Canadian residency

Responsibilities

- Participate in bank calls and video interviews when required
- Complete online KYC and verification procedures
- Communicate with EU banking partners when requested
- Support the opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts
- Fulfil the responsibilities associated with the Director/UBO position
- Cooperate with ongoing compliance and due-diligence requirements

Requirements

✅ Canadian resident

✅ Valid passport and proof of residential address

✅ Clean criminal record

✅ Criminal record certificate issued within the last 6 months





✅ No sanctions or terrorist-list restrictions

✅ Transparent and verifiable Source of Funds and Source of Wealth

✅ Ability to continuously satisfy applicable fit-and-proper requirements

✅ Reliable and comfortable participating in bank/compliance interviews and verification procedures

Preferred

- University degree in Business, Management or a related field
- Previous managerial or executive experience
- Ownership or management of an active, legitimate business
