BRT Construction is looking for hard working people to fill Lead Hand Positions on our crews.

We expect those that are applying will:

- Be able to take and give direction and work well with a team
- Have an excellent attitude and character
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have good communication skills
- Be physically fit and reliable
- Have a valid driver’s license
- First Aid, C.S.T.S., H2S, Fall Protection, W.H.M.I.S., Confined Space, and Ground Disturbance are assets but are not required.

*Previous shallow utility experience is required. *Benefits after 3 months of employment

Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience and ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
