This role provides operational HR support across multiple DCMLP entities and serves as a key resource for managers and employees. The HR Generalist ensures consistent delivery of HR services including recruitment coordination, employee relations support, HRIS administration, performance documentation, and policy compliance.A Day In The LifeReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your job duties include:Providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employeesCoordinating recruitment activities including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checksPreparing employment documentation and supporting onboarding processesMaintaining accurate employee records within ADP Workforce NowProcessing employment changes, terminations,
