Designers, architects, researchers, strategists and others, all working together to create the lasting change we want to see in our communities.And that's where (we hope!) you come in.About the RoleWe're looking for an Environmental Graphic Designer to join our Communication Design Team, with a focus on environmental graphics, wayfinding, signage, and placemaking within built-environment projects.You'll collaborate closely with both communication designers and architectural teams, helping shape projects from early strategy through to fabrication and installation. You'll bring creative leadership, technical depth, and a strong understanding of materials and fabrication along with a passion for designing inclusive, accessible, and sustainable environments.This role offers the opportunity to elevate environmental graphic design within hybrid architectural projects and help grow our profile both internally and externally.What You'll DoContribute to research, strategy development, and site assessmentsDevelop wayfinding systems, signage programs, placemaking identities,
