**This role will be responsible for day-to-day Regina Operations, which will be operating remotely and reporting into our Saskatoon, SK office (Thermal-Tek). Relocation fees are available on a case by case basis. Previous experience in residential insulation will be strongly preferred for this role **Job Responsibilities:Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employeesOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities in accordance with the set schedulesSchedule work using our proprietary automated sales operations system/CRMOversee and coach employeesEnsure the secure use of equipment and schedule regular maintenanceCheck production output according to specificationsSubmit reports on performance and progressPerform regular site inspections pre,
