The ideal candidate builds a safety focused culture, communicates efficiently, and drives accountability.Position AccountabilitiesSupports Front line Mechanical supervisors on the planning and execution maintenance and repair activities, hold supervisors and craft accountable to daily production targetsAccountable for continuity of production shift over shiftSupport, communicate and deliver to key performance indicators. Drills down to get to the root cause of business issues to ensure all direct reports understand the business objectives, as well as the role they are all accountable forValidate job briefings, end of shift briefings, safety meetings and activities to ensure that safety rules,



procedures and policies are adhered to through efficiency testing and safety tracking documentValidate that there is the appropriate level of stock/material and holds store department accountable to protect production plans for next 72 hoursMaintain communication and create positive working relationships with local union officials.
