You'll play a key role in turning complex information into accurate and reliable administrative actions that maintain loan integrity and ensure an optimal customer experience. As a Loan Fulfillment Technician, you'll contribute directly to an optimized lending process through various processing activities. Your ability to apply judgment, analyze situations and determine the proper steps – even when applications don't fall within standard procedure – will help ensure that loan administration is complete, rigorous and compliant. If you have strong attention to detail, are solutions-focused and motivated by bringing precision,



clarity and structure to complex processes while working closely with teams in multiple locations, this role is for you.What you'll doExecute a variety of loan processing activities, including security amendments, loan documentation, searches and disbursementsUse lending systems (JET, CML, CMS and related tools) to maintain the integrity of customer and loan dataApply policies, procedures and sound judgment to accurately complete loan administration activities and resolve exceptionsReview requests for compliance with lending policies and procedures, and applicable legislative requirementsMonitor and manage an individual worklist to meet service, quality and timeliness standards while supporting team workflow prioritiesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesSupport internal partners by responding to inquiries, providing guidance on policies and proceduresWhat you'll bring to the teamRequired qualifications: A bachelor's degree or certification in administration, business or a related fieldPreferred qualificationsWorking knowledge of loan management systems and applicationsTwo years of experience related to lending, mortgages, banking services, credit products, or in the legal field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Bilingualism (English and French)
