As part of the People & Community Department, this permanent job requires relocation and operates on a 2 week on/2 week off rotation. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training that meets the industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring workers are well-prepared.

Key Responsibilities: • Instruction on mining equipment and operational safety • Develop and implement training programs for diverse needs • Mentor employees on effective underground mining practices • Evaluate competencies and qualifications of trainees • Deliver safety orientation to all site personnel

Requirements: • At least 8 years underground mining experience • Proven operation of various mining equipment • Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core certification preferred • Robust facilitation and communication skills • Class 5 provincial Driver License required
