Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa is seeking a dedicated Valet Key Controller to manage the daily valet parking office operations and ensure top-tier guest service.
You will greet guests, issue and track keys, and coordinate with valet drivers to deliver timely service while maintaining security and accuracy of vehicle records.
Role requires strong English (French preferred), attention to detail, and ability to work in a quick-paced hotel environment, reporting to the Valet Services Manager.
