Hiring: Video Production Support Specialist

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Duration: 2-Month Contract (Part-Time)

Pay Rate: CAD $45 - $50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content using industry-standard software
- Create and integrate motion graphics into video projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet creative and technical requirements
- Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Incorporate feedback and revisions with strong attention to detail
- Optimize video content for web, social media, and digital platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all video and multimedia content
- Support video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and sound setup

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Video Editor
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work




- Experience producing corporate video content
- Expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Strong storytelling, visual composition, and content creation skills
- Experience with filming, lighting, and sound production
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have :

- Film Production Degree, Diploma, or Certification
- Experience within a corporate or professional services workplace
- Color grading and sound design experience
- Knowledge of digital media formats and delivery specifications
- Experience with Workfront
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office product
