Responsibilities: Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company policies Assist Operations Manager with service administrative tasks Coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and returns Work in a fast paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales Service writing; providing equipment maintenance and shop service records Assist with deliveries and preparing equipment for rental Identify customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitors Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs Answering customer inquiries urgently and efficiently Picking orders Putting away equipment and tools Continuous inventory checks General house keeping General warehouse duties Represent Northstar Equipment Rentals in a skilled manner Participate in the on-call rotation Other duties and responsibilities as required Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks in an effective, organized manner Demonstrate sales professionalism and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment Knowledge of construction equipment considered an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Display a high level of ownership,
