We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.THE ROLEGreet customers, suppliers and visitors.Make telephone, online and on-site reservations, as well as equipment loans.Record daily statistics, give advice and provide information on activities.Ensure the cleanliness of the premises.Go over inventories of administrative materials, merchandise and equipment and, to do so, have to be able to update and track a computerized inventory.Responsible for the rotation of merchandise and miscellaneous materials, again using a computerized system.Ensure the availability of up-to-date computerized documentation.Issue, receive, mark and store equipment, and monitor equipment returns, inspect it for safety and take corrective action as required.Prepare equipment loan documentation and ensure goods are received for the various PSP entities.Perform related duties as assigned by your supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation: high school diploma AND some experience in a related field.Experience in a recreation, fitness facility or similar environment.Experience in providing customer service.Experience in using software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, email and Internet browsing.Competencies: client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation,
