The successful candidate will be responsible for operating skid steer equipment to complete fine grading, site preparation, cleanup, and material handling on a variety of civil construction projects. The ideal applicant takes pride in producing quality work, operating equipment safely, and working effectively within a fast-paced construction workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate skid steer equipment for fine grading and finishing workPerform site preparation, leveling, backfilling, and cleanup dutiesAssist with grading around curbs, sidewalks, utilities, and structuresRead grade stakes and follow site plans and supervisor directionSafely load, move,
