Our identity is one church with three language congregations. and accomplishes the mission entrusted by Jesus Christ.Qualifications And Education RequirementsA transparent calling to pastoral ministry and a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.A Master of Divinity (M Div.) or its equivalent in theological education from an Association of Theological Schools (ATS) accredited institution.Experience in multicultural and/or multilingual ministry contexts.Strong leadership, discipleship, and communication skills.Able to work in a team and adapt to a diverse church environment.Eligible to work in CanadaRole and ResponsibilitiesPreach and teach regularly in the English congregationProvide spiritual care and discipleship for English-speaking members (youth, young adults, adults)Collaborate with English pastoral team and lay leaders in English Ministry oversight in ministries such as small groups, Christian education, worship and evangelismProvide ministry oversight to the Youth and Post-Secondary MinistrySupport the integration and unity of all language congregationsEngage in leadership development and mentoring of lay leaders
