RT/UT Welder Fitter Temporary to permanentWe are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform all types of manual welding in multiple positions on company products while meeting stringent quality standards. The successful candidate will also perform fitting operations and contribute to a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment.If you are a skilled welder with experience in heavy manufacturing and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret route sheets, engineering drawings, Shop Instruction Sheets (SIS), Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS), weld cards, and rod cards.Plan, organize, and execute RT/UT welding processes.Identify and verify workpiece materials before welding.Perform manual welding and repairs to RT/UT quality standards using multiple welding processes.Complete basic fitting operations according to pre-established layouts.Communicate effectively with team members and shop foremen to ensure workflow efficiency.Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.Produce quality work that meets customer specifications and company standards.Work in confined spaces, at heights,
