The ideal candidate has hands‐on experience with ADP systems and thrives in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, and supporting employees with pay-related inquiries. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our fun Crunch HQ office in Cambridge, ON.This position is currently a one year contract, with the potential to expand to a permanent role!Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll on a bi-weekly/semi-monthly basis using ADPEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductionsMaintain and update employee payroll records in ADPReview and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy prior to processingManage statutory deductions, including taxes, CPP, and EIPrepare and process ROEs, T4s, and year-end payroll activitiesRespond to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits,



and deductions in a timely and professional mannerManage onboarding and offboarding of all employeesWork with supporting platforms to manage onboarding and offboarding of all employeesCollaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related mattersEnsure compliance with employment standards and company policiesSupport audits and provide payroll reporting as requiredQualifications1–3+ years of payroll administration experienceHands‐on experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platform preferred)Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and standardsPayroll administrator certificate or working toward it is an assetHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reportingOur Core Values:Communication is Key - Clarity and transparency with our processes and expectationsLeaders Grow Leaders - We empower, develop, and support each other through shared commitmentAll In, All The Time - We give 100% without hesitationChallenge Transforms Growth - We embrace our challenges as an opportunity to learn and growTeamwork and Community - our team plays a vital role in our success and are valuable contributors to the communityVacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.
