What You''ll Do Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and business owners by understanding their goals, concerns, and financial protection needs.

Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized life insurance and living benefits solutions.

Educate clients on the importance of life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness coverage, and income protection strategies.

Help clients create financial protection plans that provide confidence and security for the future.

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship-building activities.

Schedule appointments and conduct policy reviews to ensure clients'' coverage continues to meet their changing needs.

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries regarding policy coverage, beneficiary updates, claims, billing, and policy changes.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure recommendations are aligned with clients'' needs and objectives.





Partner with the Agent to achieve sales, service, and growth goals.

What We''re Looking For Life Licence preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing with our support. A genuine passion for helping people protect their families, lifestyles, and financial futures.

Experience in customer service, relationship management, sales, business development, financial services, or insurance.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to build trust and create meaningful long-term relationships. A consultative approach focused on understanding client needs and delivering personalized solutions.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Solid organizational and time management skills.

Confidence presenting solutions and educating clients on financial protection strategies.

Previous life insurance, employee benefits, wealth management, or financial services experience is considered an asset.
