Develop treatment plans aligned with client goals.Educate clients on home care and self-management strategies.Maintain clean & calming treatment spaces.Communicate warmly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management.Adhere to provincial standards of practice.**Who We're Looking For**Successful completion of a 2200 hour accredited massage therapy program.Registered in good standing with an Alberta-recognized massage association.Based in Canmore or Banff, or able to reliably commute.A warm, grounded, and professional presence with a genuine passion for helping clients feel and function at their best.We welcome both experienced RMTs and newer graduates who demonstrate strong clinical foundations, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
