Claims are moderate to severe in nature and the successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high performance environment while ensuring claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.Investigate, evaluate,



negotiate claims of varying complexityMaintain control of expenses through pro-active handling techniquesConduct technical audits to monitor quality, activity, reserving and expensesHandle and settle claims within prescribed authorityRemain up-to-date on industry trends and case lawMaintains strong proactive communication with all stakeholdersIdentify and investigate subrogation opportunitiesPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the ManagerPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
