Job Description En tant qu''analyste de la livraison aux clients du secteur de la vente au dtail, dans un environnement d''quipe, vous aiderez fournir des renseignements analytiques aux clients dtaillants de NielsenIQ en prparant des rsums de donnes et des analyses spciales.
Vous prendrez galement des mesures qui se traduiront directement par une amlioration de la qualit pour nos clients et une meilleure efficacit en interne.
La candidate ou le candidat idal possdera : un diplme d''tudes postsecondaires en affaires, marketing, mathmatiques, conomie ou dans un domaine connexe; de solides comptences interpersonnelles; un esprit d''quipe; une passion pour le service la clientle; la capacit effectuer plusieurs tches la fois dans un environnement o le rythme est soutenu; la capacit faire preuve d''une analyse de donnes perspicace en transformant des informations brutes en ides; un intrt marqu pour le travail avec des donnes et une passion pour la recherche d''informations; excellentes comptences bilingues en communication crite et orale, avec la capacit de communiquer efficacement en franais au Qubec et en anglais avec les membres de lquipe interne ainsi quavec les clients externes situs lextrieur du Qubec. un excellent sens du dtail, un esprit logique et une bonne gestion du temps.
Hybrid role - candidates must currently be located in the greater Montreal area with ability to commute to and work in-person at the Retailer client location in the greater Montreal area on a weekly basis As an Analyst, working with a team environment, you will assist in providing analytical insights to NielsenIQ''s Retailer clients through the preparation of data summaries and special analyses.
You will also take action which directly results in enhanced quality for our clients and improved efficiency internally.
The ideal candidate will have: Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics,
Economics or related field Strong interpersonal skills Team oriented Passion for customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to demonstrate insightful data analysis by turning raw information into insights Loves to work with data and has a passion for finding insights from it Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in French within Qubec and in English with internal team members and external clients outside Qubec Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Strong technical skills with an emphasis on Excel and Power
