Follow manufacturing processes and production schedules to meet operational targets.

Produce high-quality, error-free work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Support productivity goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality & Compliance Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.

Perform visual inspections and identify product or process issues.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security procedures.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Teamwork & Operations Support Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Communicate issues, concerns, and improvement opportunities.





Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

Perform additional production-related duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Canadian education or WES equivalency verification required).

Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, electronics, or regulated manufacturing environments is considered an asset.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Ability to work day or night shifts, including weekends.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
