School District 10 (Arrow Lakes) Teacher on Call SD10 is seeking innovative and passionate educators with strengths in collaboration, co-planning and co-teaching, as well as the ability to differentiate to meet the needs of all learners in inclusive school environments.

Required characteristics / strengths include: Ability to implement engaging learning activities using BCs curriculum Successful TTOC experience in a variety of grade levels and subject areas Robust interpersonal skills and strengths working within a team environment Excellent classroom management skills and proven ability to engage all learners Commitment to collaboratively designing school and classroom learning environments Successful experience integrating socio-emotional learning and self-regulated learning Demonstrated understanding of indigenous cultures and experience,



integrating First Peoples of Principles Learning into teaching practice Experience in facilitating outdoor learning experiences Exemplary use of formative assessment strategies that engage learners and deepen learning Proven professional learning inquiry experience that informs professional practice Commitment and expertise in building relationships with parents and community Excellent ability to differentiate for all learners and co-plan for diversity and engagement All applicants for this position should provide evidence for all areas of expertise or experience.
