Job Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Color Mixer / Painter with a strong background in blending colors and applying coatings on steel materials .

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in industrial painting, color matching, and material preparation within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities Mix and blend paints, coatings, or finishes to achieve precise color matches Apply paint/coatings to steel and metal materials using spray guns or other equipment Read and follow job orders, specifications, and color formulas Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.) Inspect finished products for color accuracy, consistency,



and quality Maintain and clean painting and mixing equipment Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE Requirements Proven experience in color mixing and blending (required) Experience working with steel or metal materials (required) Industrial or manufacturing painting experience preferred Ability to match colors accurately and consistently Familiar with spray equipment and painting tools Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills Able to work independently and in a team environment Must be reliable and open to overtime Why Join Us?
