Apply now! / Advantages -Located in Montreal -Salary 60K-$65K -Contract with the possibility of permanence -Opportunity to grow and develop -Full time 8am-4pm, 8:30-4:30 or 9-5pm Monday to Friday Responsibilities -Openings, controls, and monitoring of import & export files (air-sea) -Request for quotes from shipping companies and carriers -Implementation of bookings and instructions to shipping companies -Prepare all essential documents (AWB/BOL, HBL, manifest, ACI, customs declarations, etc.) -Coordination of the transport operation (pick-up, transport, delivery) -Maintain valuable communication with clients and teams in our offices and international agents -Sending PODs to customers, customer service - Prepare invoices and close cases -Manage and track transaction records -Administrative tasks for files Qualifications - At least 2-3 years of experience in maritime and air import and export - Experience with Cargowise is preferred - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to keep up with the rapidly changing international logistics environment Summary Passionate about transport and logistics?
