Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, ensuring effective order fulfillment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as order picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely delivery of products
- Use POS systems to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements accurately
- Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures are followed to maintain safety standards and prevent damage
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, or product availability in person or via phone




- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and operational efficiency

Requirements

- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving protocols and experience with order fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with POS platforms is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
