This position works the midnight shift offering a shift premium.

As a Warehouse Associate, the following will be your key responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations in the warehouse and perform general maintenance activities

Load and unload trucks as per plant requirements

Perform order fulfillment tasks accurately and in a timely manner

Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain warehouse machinery

Coordinate and participate in daily housekeeping activities

Assist plant personnel as needed, and requested by the leadership team

Other duties as required

Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Capable of performing physical job duties (may include: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling and twisting safely)

Using personal protective equipment (PPE), must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (may include: heat, cold, dust,



loud noise, etc.)

Ability to prioritize tasks and follow-up

Understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

Experienced in operating forklifts

Ability to work day/afternoon/nights shift rotation

Preferred

Previous experience in a manufacturing or agricultural setting

Trained in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)

High school diploma or equivalent
