Responsibilities

- Assist with order picking and packing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for customers.
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and AS400 systems to track inventory movements and update stock levels precisely.
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts,



and audits to uphold inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution environments.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment are essential.
- Proficiency with warehouse management system (WMS), MRP systems, and AS400 is desirable.
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, and load & unload operations.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and operating machinery safely throughout the shift.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
