We are partnering with a well-established distribution client to find a Warehouse Manager for a temperature-controlled facility. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient handling of perishable products while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, compliance, and team performance.

What You'll Do

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, and shipping
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, CFIA) and cold chain requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; manage scheduling and labour planning
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs (productivity, inventory accuracy, OTIF, etc.)
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, layout, and systems
- Maintain equipment standards and ensure a safe working setting




- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities

Who you are:

- 5+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership in a cold storage or perishable goods environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and understanding of regulatory standards HACCP/CFIA is preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and performance tracking
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
