We are looking for a Sr.

Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis for a manufacturing environment in Aurora.

This role will help translate financial and operational data into practical insights that support decision-making across the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities: Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, variances, and opportunities that support business decisions.

Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, turning complex data into explicit summaries for leadership and partner teams.

Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting,



and longer-range planning activities by gathering inputs and validating assumptions.

Review financial performance against plan and provide commentary on key drivers affecting results.

Apply data mining techniques to examine large data sets and uncover meaningful patterns that influence planning and performance.

Partner with stakeholders across functions to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Support enhancements to financial processes, including reporting or system-related changes, to improve efficiency and control.
