TOP is an enterprise platform that integrates real-time vehicle telemetry, diagnostic trouble codes, engineering artifacts, manufacturing evidence, and software lifecycle signals to deliver actionable software-health insights across connected vehicle fleets.

Operating on a Hybrid schedule (4 days per week in office), we are actively recruiting for: Software Developer (25 Years Experience) Full Stack Developer (47 Years Experience) Senior Software Developer (7+ Years Experience) Whether you are an intermediate developer looking to expand your cloud-native footprint or a senior engineer capable of driving platform architecture and data modeling, this team offers direct exposure to high-scale telemetry ingestion, multi-cloud architectures (GCP & AWS), and cutting-edge AI/LLM integration.

You will work within a cross-functional Agile squad building cloud-native microservices, user-facing operational web interfaces, event-driven data integrations, and system observability tools.

Lower-tier roles will receive structured mentorship from senior leaders, while senior-tier engineers will take progressive ownership of core platform components, data schemas, and Open

Telemetry pipelines.

Emerging AI Engineering: Participate in implementing Agentic AI workflows, RAG architectures, vectorization, and LLM orchestration within enterprise diagnostic pipelines.

Responsibilities 1.

Full-Stack & Backend Microservices Design, construct, test, and maintain resilient microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven backend workflows using Java (Spring Boot), Python, and SQL. (Full Stack & Senior Tiers) Build responsive web interfaces and operational dashboards using Angular, Java

Script/Type

Script, HTML, and CSS.

Publish, secure, and manage API proxies, rate limits, and authentication policies using APIGEE. 2.

Cloud Architecture, Containers & Dev

Ops Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot containerized microservices utilizing Docker and Kubernetes (e.g., Google Kubernetes Engine).





Provision and manage multi-cloud services across GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Big

Query, Pub/Sub) and AWS (S3, EC2, RDS).

Manage code repositories, feature branching strategies, pull requests, and peer code reviews via Git

Hub.

Support automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and cloud environment troubleshooting. 3.

Observability, Data Modeling & AI Integration Ingest, normalize, validate, and retrieve vehicle telemetry, diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), and manufacturing software evidence.

Implement structured logging, custom metrics, distributed tracing, and health checks across platform microservices using Open

Telemetry standards. (Senior Tier) Execute advanced Data Modeling and apply data science principles to extract system-health insights.

Assist with integrating AI and Machine Learning services through governed APIs (prompt management, RAG workflows, vectorization, and LLM response validation).

Qualifications Foundational Requirements (All Role Levels) Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master''s preferred for Senior tiers).

Core Skills: Hands-on experience developing or consuming REST APIs (JSON), writing relational SQL queries, and utilizing Git/Git

Hub for version control.

Agile Mindset: Active participant in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Tier-Specific Requirements Tier 1: Software Developer (25 Years) 2+ years of skilled software development experience.

Fundamental hands-on skills in Java or Python.

Basic familiarity with cloud services (AWS S3/EC2/RDS or GCP Compute Engine/Big

Query) and container checks (Docker / Kubernetes).

Tier 2: Full Stack Developer (47 Years) 4+ years of dedicated full-stack development experience.

Demonstrated front-end proficiency in Angular, Java

Script, HTML, and CSS.

Deep back-end proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and complex SQL.

Proven experience deploying and supporting applications across both GCP and AWS multi-cloud environments.

Tier 3: Senior Software Developer (7+ Years)



7+ years of broad software engineering and technical leadership experience.

Demonstrated expertise in Data Modeling and database design.

Experience implementing platform observability frameworks (Open

Telemetry, custom metrics/tracing).

Hands-on understanding of AI/ML Integration: Agentic AI workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or LLM orchestration.

Proven ability to mentor developers and articulate technical risks and architectures to stakeholders.
