Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Finance team, assisting in maintaining the integrity of accounting information and systems, in accordance with the standard and rules under GAAP, as well as other regulatory bodies.

You''ll have these opportunities to reconcile, analyze and synthesize financial data from business operations.

They play active role in preparation of public financial statements and other regulatory reports.

Responsibilities: Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closes including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and accruals Perform monthly review of financials to assess accuracy/completeness and variance analysis Focused on revenue recognition, cut-off, contract maintenance, contract amortization/deferred revenue Prepare audit schedules and quarterly consolidated financial statements to facilitate engagements with external auditors to ensure timely close Assist in the development annual budgets and prepare variance analysis for management team Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies Responsible for timely and accurate ad-hoc reports as needed
