Your role in our team: As a Spare Parts Coordinator at WITRON, you ensure parts are available, accurate, and compliant across client account locations.
You coordinate purchasing and inventory controls, keep CMMS data reliable, and support maintenance with timely parts identification and issue resolution.
You help uphold safety and 5S standards, maintain clean documentation and KPIs, and coach team members on spare parts processes, contributing directly to stable, efficient operations.
Ideal candidate profile: You can quickly and accurately identify electrical and mechanical components and their crossreferences using parts catalogs.
An expert with CMMS platforms and inventorycontrol processes, you maintain precise, auditready records.
You spot discrepancies early, investigate root causes, and resolve issues with practical judgment while keeping stakeholders informed.
You communicate effectively across diverse teams and coach others on standard parts processes.
Wellversed in OSHA safety standards and 5S discipline, you enforce consistent standards across spareparts storerooms at all client sites.
You develop and use KPIs to drive measurable improvement, strengthening accuracy, speed, and reliability for the client account.
Qualifications: A minimum of a High School Diploma in addition a professional diploma/certificate in inventory control or spare parts management Skills/Experience Required: A proven track record with at least 3 years of relevant spare part coordination experience Exceptional identification skills for industrial electrical and mechanical parts Infused with a practical attitude, a desire for learning, and proficiency in PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Computerized Management System) Demonstrated strength in organizational capabilities, effective communication, and adept problem-solving skills Demonstrated flexibility of working day, afternoon, and night shifts according to operational needs Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire spectrum of spare parts activities, work order review, and part assessment, including replenishment orders, received orders, repair orders, warranty, obsolete and successor parts Uphold a standard of cleanliness, organization,
and adherence to 5S principles in the spare parts store and its surroundings Develop and maintain Spare Part Locations Meticulous record-keeping of invoices, packing slips, and confidential files pertaining to account and monetary Creation and management of purchase orders, procurement activities, and consumable products, emphasizing traceability and approvals Exercise control over shop tools, technician tools, measuring instruments, and their replacements Direct the orchestration of all Sonim-related activities, including troubleshooting phones, testing, repair orders, user settings, and updates Accurately receive and validate incoming materials from purchase orders, precisely aligning them with packing lists for filing purposes Generate insightful weekly spare parts Key Performance Indicator report Safely manage and document the storage of Hazardous Material, adhering to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point regulations for Food Safety and Safety Material Sheets for Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Create and facilitate training sessions, for Technicians in Computerized Management System pertaining to spare parts Problem solve discrepancies tied to receipts, deliveries, warranties, and repair issues Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks of spare parts quarterly, collaborating seamlessly with the maintenance team Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working setting with active participation in the health and safety program Perform other duties as assigned We offer you: RRSP matching Career growth opportunities Quality work environment Medical Insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Bonus program Paid Sick days Internal training program / tuition reimbursement Per diem and travel expenses Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
