Adecco is currently hiring an experienced Reach Truck Operators for full-time opportunities in Milton, ON.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating Crown Reach Trucks, Raymond Reach Trucks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

As a Reach Truck Operator, you''ll play a key role in warehouse operations by moving inventory, replenishing stock, preparing orders, and supporting shipping and receiving activities.

Move, store, replenish, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.

Pick, scan, and prepare orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

Load and unload trailers while ensuring product accuracy and safety.

Support inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.

Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns.

Maintain a clean,



organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications: Valid Crown Reach forklift certification Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating reach trucks and/or order picker forklifts Previous warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or material handling experience.

Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is considered an asset.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets in a fast-paced workplace.
